Ecom Exim is an India-based certified merchant exporter dealing in authentic Indian products including cosmetics, Ayurveda, wellness, beauty, food, homeopathy, baby & kids products, and kitchen essentials. We serve both retail (B2C) and wholesale/bulk (B2B) customers across 40+ countries worldwide.
We also offer specialised services including:
  • Third-Party Manufacturing — custom formulation and manufacturing of Indian products under your brand
  • Custom Export Orders — bulk or tailored export orders for businesses, distributors, and importers

  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs upon dispatch
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing due to technical errors
  • For B2B and bulk orders, additional terms may apply and will be communicated separately via email or WhatsApp
  • Custom export orders and third-party manufacturing orders are governed by separate written agreements
05   PRICING & TAXES
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or the applicable currency for your region
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • For international orders, prices displayed exclude customs duties, import taxes, and local fees — these are the buyer's responsibility
  • GST and applicable Indian taxes are included in the displayed price for domestic orders, unless stated otherwise
06   PAYMENTS
We accept the following payment methods:
Razorpay (Indian Payments) PayPal (International Payments) Bank Transfer (B2B / Bulk Orders)
  • Available for wholesale, custom export, and third-party manufacturing orders
  • Bank details will be shared upon order confirmation
  • Orders are processed only after payment clearance
🔒  We do not store your card or banking details at any time.
07   SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Key points:
  • Orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • For international orders, customs clearance timelines are outside our control
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier
08   RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Key points:
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of approval to the original payment method
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Custom export orders and third-party manufacturing orders are non-cancellable once production has commenced
09   B2B, CUSTOM EXPORT & MANUFACTURING ORDERS
For wholesale, bulk, custom export, and third-party manufacturing enquiries:

  • Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply for wholesale and manufacturing orders
  • Pricing, timelines, and specifications are agreed in writing before order confirmation
  • Payment terms for B2B orders (advance, milestone, or credit) are agreed separately
  • Custom formulations and private label products are subject to a separate manufacturing agreement
  • Ecom Exim reserves the right to decline any B2B enquiry at its discretion
